1. Lodging
1.1 BOOKING
- Arrival/Departure days and Minimum Stay for lodgings Adria, Maya, Mirea, Laika and Safari:
- From 23/05 to 19/06 and from 29/08 to 13/09: free arrival/departure days; minimum stay 2 nights.
- From 20/06 to 10/07: free arrival/departure days; minimum stay 5 nights.
- From 11/07 to 28/08: arrival/departure on Saturday; minimum stay 7 nights.
- There are two different ways of booking online:
- DIRECT BOOKING: the customer can make a reservation independently, with down payment or payment in full, and receive an instant confirmation.
- BOOKING REQUEST: the customer can request a quote and availability from the designated area of torrerinalda.it/en. The booking office will send the customer proposals that comply with the requests received or, in the event of unavailability, proposals for different accommodations and/or periods.
The customer will be able to choose from the various proposals the one that best suits his or her needs. The booking office will then send the customer a non-binding CONFIRMATION OF AVAILABILITY with details of the stay and the date by which the down-payment must be made. It is clarified that the CONFIRMATION OF AVAILABILITY does not provide an option: the deadline date indicated, only represents the maximum time limit within which the payment must be made. The system will therefore continue to provide the same availability to other customers, with possible ineffectiveness of the request even before the indicated deadline.
Once the availability confirmation deadline has expired, or in the case of its early expiry (following confirmation by other guests), the reservation shall be considered as “not completed”, releasing the Holiday Centre from any commitment with the applicant.DIRECT BOOKING or BOOKING REQUEST must be made by the Guest who will actually occupy the accommodation unit, who must indicate the total number of persons and their biographical data.
- The STAY CONTRACT resulting from the accepted booking can be terminated by the Holiday Centre management company due to CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE that determine the impossibility of using even part of the booked facility. These include, in non-exhaustive terms, pandemics certified by public authorities, atmospheric events such as natural disasters of any kind (floods, earthquakes, etc.), political, social and public order events (revolutions, terrorist attacks, bombings, staff strikes, etc.), judicial provisions resulting from civil, criminal and administrative proceedings, even if already underway at the time of booking, and any other event and/or circumstance that makes the booked accommodation unusable, even partially. Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure event, the Guest shall be entitled to prompt notification and a refund of only the amount paid without interest and with the exclusion of any further compensation.
- The Holiday Centre reserves the right to unilaterally cancel or modify the reservation in the event that it is not made in accordance with the conditions stated herein, including in the event that any non-compliance is due to bugs, glitches, errors or omissions in the online reservation system. In such eventualities, in the case of cancellation, the customer shall only be entitled to a refund of the amount paid; in the case of a unilateral change, the customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the reservation within 5 days of notification of the change, and shall only be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
1.2 BOOKING CHANGES
- It is possible to request changes to your booking up to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- The Holiday Centre reserves the right not to accept requests to change the period or accommodation. In this case the original booking will be considered cancelled and a new booking will have to be made.
- If accepted, changes involving a variation in the dates of arrival/departure or type of accommodation will be subject to applicable different rates and conditions of stay/booking.
- Should a change to the dates of the booked stay be requested consisting of rescheduling to a later period, in the event of a cancellation, the deadlines stated in the following article relating to the charges to be incurred by the reserving party, shall in any case refer to the date of arrival stipulated in the initial reservation.
- Under no circumstances may the holder transfer the reservation to a third party without the prior authorization of the property.
- Reservations involving switching groups of people or families are not accepted. For such requirements, it will be necessary to contact the Booking office before booking.
1.3 BOOKING CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL AND EARLY DEPARTURE
- Any cancellation of the stay reservation must be communicated by the holder via e-mail in response to the CONFIRMATION previously received.
- In cases of cancellation the following amounts will be charged:
- € 70.00 (as handling fee) if the notice of cancellation is received by the 31st day prior to the beginning of the booked stay;
- the entire down-payment paid at booking if the notice of cancellation is received from the 30th to the 15th day prior to the beginning of the booked stay;
- the entire amount of the booked stay (extras included) if the notice of cancellation is received from the 14th day prior to the beginning of the booked stay onwards.
- In case of late arrival or early departure from the dates stipulated in the reservation, no refunds are due.
1.4 OFFERS
1.5 PAYMENT
- Reservations must be confirmed with a down-payment equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.
- The balance payment for the stay must be made by the 15th day prior to the arrival date.
- Should arrival be scheduled within 15 days after the date of booking, payment of the total amount of the stay must be made at booking.
- Should payment of the balance not be received by the stated deadline, the Holiday Centre reserves the right to cancel the reservation, notifying the holder accordingly. In this case, the amount paid will be retained as cancellation charges.
- Only online payments with Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards are accepted for bookings.
1.6 CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- Check-in and lodging handover: from 16:30 to 21:00 on the arrival day.
- Check-out and departure: by 10:00 on the departure day
1.7 SECURITY DEPOSIT
- The Guest is required to pay, upon check-in, the amount of €150.00 as a security deposit to guarantee compensation for any damages and/or shortages caused to the accommodation unit, furniture, furnishings, linen, towels and any other equipment, as well as the payment of any extras (e.g. cleaning the kitchen area, late check-out, etc.); the Holiday Centre reserves the right to request compensation for a greater amount.
- The deposit can only be paid by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card and will be released the day after the Guest’s departure. The time required to see the refund varies from 10 to 30 working days depending on the circuits and the cardholder’s bank. The time required to see the re-credit varies from 10 to 30 working days depending on the circuits and card owner bank.
1.8 CREWS
- Mobile Home Adria: max 5 persons
- Mobile Home Maya: max 5 persons
- Mobile Home Mirea: max 5 persons
- Mobile Home Laika: max 5 persons
- Tent Safari: max 5 persons
1.9 BED LINEN AND BATH TOWELS
- The first supply of bed linen and bath towels is included in the accommodation rate for all types of accommodation units.
- For stays of 10 nights or more, bed linen and towels will be changed halfway through the stay. For stays of two weeks or more the change will be made weekly.
- Bed linen and towels will be provided for the actual number of persons occupying the accommodation unit; linen and towels will be changed, when applicable, only for the items returned by the Guest in the way communicated by the Holiday Centre.
- Bathroom linen is supplied in a 3-piece set (towel, face, washcloth) per person.
- Additional linen and/or towels may be requested at an extra charge.
- The Guest is expected to make proper and respectful use of linen and towels, which may not in any case be used for purposes other than those for which they are intended.
- The Holiday Centre’s Management reserves the right to charge the cost of damaged/permanently stained linen and towels, also by forfeiting all or part of the security deposit.
1.10 PETS
- Animals are not allowed in the Mobile Homes Adria, Maya and Mirea. One small dog or cat per unit is allowed in the Laika Mobile Homes and the Safari Tents.
- The rules of behaviour for dog owners are set out in Article 4 of the Holiday Centre Regulations.
1.11 VEHICLES
- A parking space is provided for each unit, which is included in the accommodation rate.
- Vehicles may only be parked in the parking areas indicated on the Holiday Centre map.
- It is not possible to reach the accommodation unit by car, except only on arrival and departure days for loading and unloading luggage, for which the Holiday Centre’s Management reserves the option to provide with its own vehicles.
- It is not allowed to park vehicles next to the accommodation unit.
1.12 FURTHER BOOKING AND STAY CONDITIONS
- Tourist tax is not included in the total cost and is € 2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights. Children up to 11 years old are exempt.
- The Holiday Centre operates a ‘dynamic pricing’ system, so accommodation prices may vary over the year. In the event of a change in rate after a booking has already been confirmed, the rate stated in the booking confirmation shall remain valid. For real time rates you should always refer to the “Booking” area of www.torrerinalda.it/en.
- One family is admitted per accommodation.
- No bookings for groups of minors unaccompanied by an adult for the entire stay are permitted.
- It is not possible to reserve specific lodging units.
- The number of the assigned lodging unit will be communicated at check-in.
- Groups of crews travelling together CANNOT be guaranteed proximity or contiguity of two or more accommodation units, even if the same type. Moreover, they CANNOT be guaranteed the proximity or contiguity of two or more umbrellas on the beach or, if booked, gazebos by the pool.
- The final cleaning is included in the price of the accommodation units, while the cleaning of the kitchenette, and of any electrical appliances present, is not included and is the responsibility of the guest. Any surcharge for cleaning the kitchenette is € 35.00.
- The beach service is included in the stay rate and includes a beach umbrella and two sunbeds.
- All public areas and sanitary facilities of the Holiday Centre are barrier-free, while the accommodation units are not suitable for wheelchair users or non-ambulatory persons; therefore, in such cases and/or in the event of any other specific condition, it is necessary to contact the booking office before making a reservation.
1.13 SPECIFIC AGREEMENT ON THE RULES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
By paying the deposit, or the total amount of the stay, the customer specifically agrees:
- the RULES of the Holiday Centre at www.torrerinalda.it;
- section 1.1 of these booking conditions (BOOKING).
In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation of the contents of this document, the Italian version shall prevail.
