There are activities for teenagers fromm 11 to o18 years old?
The animation organize a lot of activities for the Young Club (11-14) and the Junior Club (14-18). Sports, treasure hunts, shows and much more.

Until what time the animation carries on its activities?
The animation staff closes the daily program with dance and music in the main square until 00.30 .

My dog can access the beach?
Dogs can’t stay into the equipped beach. However it is allowed to use our exit and taking the dog into the public beach.

Can I go to the restaurant with my dog?
Of course, there is a dedicated area in both our restaurants.

Do I need my dog’s Health Card?
It is necessary to have an updated Pet Passport or Health Card. An ID could be applied to his collar.

Can I get into the Public Toilets with my dog?
You can’t, but we have a Dog toilet dedicated to them.

Can I walk with my dog in all the areas of the campsite?
You can’t take your dog in the following common areas: pools and playground; and in the following places: reception, public toilets, market.

Should I take my dog on a leash?
During your walks or your stay into the pitch you will always have to keep your dog on a leash (not longer then 150cm) and with a muzzle at disposal.

How many dogs are accepted in each camping pitch or housing unit?
Maximum one dog is admitted into the housing units; maximum two dogs are admitted into the camping pitches.

Is it possible to book organized tours?
Yes. The service is operated by an external agency which will take you to most beautiful places of Puglia, like Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Castro and Santa Maria di Leuca.

Is it mandatory to use the swimming caps in the pools?
Yes, the use of swimming caps is mandatory in all our pools.

Are the pools included in my stay?
The entrance to the pool area is included for stays in Mobile Homes, Glamour Tents or Holiday Home “Il Cotogneto”. It is an extra cost for stays on the pitches.

Should I pay for using the playground?
The use of the playground is totally free and it’s allowed to kids up to 12 y.o.

How many restaurants-pizzeria are there?
There are two restaurants-pizzeria: the Trattoria Pizzeria Lu Cantune in the main square and the Aqua Food Bar on the beach.

Do you have menus for celiacs?
Yes.

Is it possible to buy Half Board packages?
Yes, you choose it at moment of your reservation or ask it on-site.

How many bar are there?
There are three bar: in the main square, in the pool area and on the beach.

Are hot showers subject to a fee?
Hot showers are free during the low season (May, June, September); they are subject to a fee – 0,35€ per shower – during the high season (July, August). During this period you will get coins at the reception. Each coin gives you about 2 minutes of water and gives you the possibility to stop and reactivate the water flow.

Is it possible to drain out my chemical WC in all sanitary service groups?
Yes.

Where can I wash and dry clothes?
In all sanitary service groups there is a dedicated area for manual washing of clothes, and in almost all a coin-based washing machine and dryer.

There is a doctor inside the campsite?
There is an affiliated on-call medical service available for a fee in 24 hrs. For more urgent situations the medical service of Casalabate is just 1,5 km away from us.

Can I book a taxi for the airport or other destinations?
You can book the Transfer service from and to the airport with your stay. If you want to use the affiliated service to reach other destinations from the holiday park it is suggested to book in advance (this will give you very convenient rates). The regular Taxi service can be requested at the reception.

Can I bring a motorboat?
Our holiday park doesn’t have a slipway. The nearest slipways are in Casalabate (2,5 km) and Torre Rinalda (2 km). It is possible to park boats and trails. There are no problems for small dinghy (max 3mt) carried by back.

Where can I rent umbrella and sunbeds on the beach?
– One umbrella and two sunbeds are always included for stays in housing units (mobile homes, glamour tent Safari and holiday home Il Cotogneto).
– It is possible to rent them at the reception (subject to availability) for stays on pitches.

Is there free beach?
Yes, right next the equipped beach.

How far is the campsite from the sea?
Our campsite directly faces the sea, with a dedicated exit reachable by foot and without crossing any public street. The pitches are 10 to 300 meters away from the beach entrance; the hosing units are 30 to 180 meters away.

There is a silence time to be respected?
The silence time must be respected from 2.30pm too 4.30pm and from 1am to 7.30 am: during these hours of the day it will not be possible get in or out the camping area by car or camper.

Where can I buy bus tickets for Lecce?
You can buy them at the Reception.

How are the guests identified?
All the guests wear a colored wristband during the stay.

Can I rent a bike?
Yes, you can also book it in advance with your stay.

At what time can I visit the campsite?
It is possible to visit the campsite for free every day from 7.30am to 8.30 pm; the visit can’t be longer than 30 minutes.

If I’m not a guest, may I spend a day in the campsite?
You can spend a day inside the campsite by paying the daily rate. The exit must be by 12am

Can I visit relatives or friends already check-in the campsite?
Yes, brief visits up to 30 minutes are free and they are allowed from 7.30am to 8.30pm . If you want to stay more you can pay the daily rate and enjoy the campsite until midnight.

The wi-fi is totally free.

Which areas are covered with wi-fi?
The reception, the main square, the pools and the bar-restaurant on the beach are covered by wi-fi.

This possibility is never guaranteed, but we do what’s possible to satisfy all the preferences that you communicate to us at the moment of your reservation.

Is it possible to pay my reservation by bank transfer?
No, the booking system only accept credit cards and pre-payed cards of the VISA and MasterCard circuits.

When should I pay the balance of my stay?
– For stays in Mobile Homes or Pitches with Private Bathroom you’ll pay the balance at the moment of the check-in .
– For stays in Standard or Plus Pitches, the balance must be payed by the day before the departure during the Cash Desk hours (09:00 – 21:00).

How can I pay inside the Holiday Park?
The only means of payment accepted inside the campsite is the Guest Card. The Guest Card can be collected during the check-in. It is also possible to recharge it one or more time by cash or credit at the Reception. During the check-out, any residual credit inside the Guest Card will be totally refunded.

No, you can pay with the Guest Card that you will collect and recharge at the check-in.

No, smoking is forbidden inside the units.

Are dogs accepted?
Dogs are accepted in the Serena and Nido mobile homes and in the Safari glamour tent. They are not accepted in the Adria mobile home. More then one dog is not accepted in all the housing units.

The housing units are close to the beach?
Yes. They are all located a few steps away from the beach entrance (min 30 mt – max 180 mt).

Is the equipped beach included?
One umbrella and two sunbeds from the second row are always included in the stay. For the first row there is a surcharge.

Can I drive my car near my accomodation?
Only baggage loading and unloading operations are allowed on check-in and check-out days. It is not possible to enter the campsite by car during the stay. To carry the shopping during the stay, special bicycles equipped with trolleys are available to guests, for the use of which a security deposit of € 10 is sufficient.

How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is 2€ per person per night for the first five nights, children until 11 years are exempted.

Can one housing unit host two families?
No, one housing unit can host one family.

From what time can I leave on the departure day?
It is to leave any time. If you want to leave at late night or in the first hour of the morning, you will load the car with your baggage and take it back to the parking the day before by 8pm.

From what time can I check-in and occupy my pitch?
You can check-in and occupy your pitch from 8am until 8pm. Pitches with Private Bathroom can be occupied from 12pm.

By what time should I leave the pitch and the campsite on the departure day?
– Standard and Plus Pitches must be left by 12pm. The holiday park must be left at the same time. With the flexible check-out you can leave your pitch and the campsite by 6pm.
– Pitches with Private Bathroom must be left by 10am, but you can stay inside campsite until 12pm.

Can I leave the campsite at night?
If you want to leave between 9pm and 7:30am you must move your caravan or camper from the pitch to the parking by 9pm. From the parking it will be possible to leave anytime during the night.

How big are the pitches?
Standard pitches are 81m2 (9x9mt). Plus Pitches are 121m2 (9×13,5mt).

How many amperes do pitches have?
4 Ampere are included for Standard Pitches; 6 Ampere are included for Plus Pitches and Pitches with Private Bathroom. It is possible to increase the electricity up to 10 Ampere by paying a surcharge.

How many Watts do Amps correspond to?
1AMP develops 220W of power, therefore 3AMP are equal to 660W, 6AMP are equal to 1320W and 10AMP are equal to 2200W.
Consider that a normal under-top fridge (H85cm) absorbs about 300W, a travel hairdryer about 700W, a coffee machine about 1200W and an electric stove can reach up to 2500W.

How far are the pitches from the electricity stations?
Every station gives electricity to six pitches. If you have a cable 25mt long you will be certain to reach the station from any pitch.

What kind of plug is required for the electricity?
It’s the typical blue rounded tripolar plug (European Standard IEC309).

Can I buy cables and extensions at the campsite?
Yes, at the reception you will find certified cables and adapters.

Can I barbecue in the campsite?
You can do it in the dedicated areas where spaces and equipment are at your disposal. Free fires are forbidden as a general rule, but there are exemption for some spaces.

Can I get my car into the camping area?
Cars and motorcycles cannot move inside the camping area for safety reasons. It is allowed only on the arrival and departure days to allow loading and unloading of the equipment. If you need to bring your shopping or heavy objects during the stay you can use the dedicated bicycles equipped with carts.

Pitches with Private Bathroom have a toilette cabin (1,30m2) inside the pitch. It’s equipped with hot water shoer and sink and WC.
