Any cancellation of the stay reservation must be communicated by the holder in response to the CONFIRMATION mail previously received.

In case of late arrival or early departure from the dates stipulated in the reservation, no refunds are due.

In cases of cancellation the following amounts will be charged:
– € 70.00 (as a handling fee) if the notice of cancellation is received by the 31st day prior to the scheduled arrival date.
– the entire down-payment paid at booking if the notice of cancellation is received from the 30th to the 15th day prior to the scheduled arrival date.
– the entire amount of the booked stay (extras included) if the notice of cancellation is received from the 14th day prior to the scheduled arrival date onwards.

Access to the property and hand-over of the accommodation unit between 16:30 and 21:00 on the day of arrival.

The accommodation unit must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you want to leave at late night or in the early mornig, you will have to load the car with your baggage and take it back to the parking the day before by 8.00pm.

The security deposit will be released the day after the Guest’s departure. The time required to see the re-credit varies from 10 to 30 working days depending on the circuits and card owner bank.

On arrival, guests must pay a deposit of € 150.00 by Visa or Mastercard.

The tourist tax is 2€ per person per night for the first five nights. Children up to 11 years old are exempt.

One family is admitted per accommodation.

Proximity or contiguity between two or more lodgings, even if of the same type, cannot be guaranteed.

The beach service (one umbrella and two sunbeds from the second row on the beach) is always included for the whole stay.

Proximity of two or more umbrellas on the beach cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. They are all located a few steps away from the beach entrance. (min 30 mt – max 180 mt).

No, smoking is forbidden inside the units.

• Reservations must be confirmed with a down payment equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.
• If the arrival is scheduled within 15 days after the date of reservation, payment of the total amount of the stay must be made at the time of reservation.

• The balance payment for the stay must be made by the 15th day prior to the arrival date.
• If the arrival is scheduled within 15 days after the date of reservation, payment of the total amount of the stay must be made at the time of reservation.

Only online payments with Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards are accepted. Bank transfers are not accepted.

The first supply of bathroom towels (3-piece set) is included for all types of lodgings and for all persons occupying the unit.
For stays of 10 nights or more, the towels will be changed halfway through the stay. For stays of two weeks or more the change will be made weekly.

From 12:00 to 20:00. From 14:30 to 16:30 it is not possible to drive vehicles inside the camping area. However, it is possible to check in and walk inside the Holiday Centre.

• For Premium Pitches guests are required to pay a deposit of € 50.00 by Visa or Mastercard on arrival.
• For Rider Tents guests are required to pay a deposit of € 30.00 by Visa or Mastercard on arrival.

Under no circumstances may pets be left unattended inside the pitches.

No. Warm showers are free.

Electricity outlets are a maximum of 30 metres far from the pitches, so it is recommended that you bring an adequately long electric cable.

The tourist tax is 2€ per person per night for the first five nights. Children up to 11 years old are exempt.

• the amount for nights from 09/08 to 17/08 is non-refundable;
• any discounts and/or promotions granted at the time of booking shall be void;
• the amount of the stay due may in no case be less than the down-payment.

• Payment for the balance of the stay must be made no later than the day before check-out, during cash desk hours.
• For stays including one or more nights between 09/08 and 17/08, payment for the period between the date of arrival and the last night between 09/08 and 17/08 must be made at check-in. In any case, payment for nights booked in this period is always due and is never refundable.
