Tomorrow, July 22, the French fashion giant will show its Cruise collection in the wonderful setting of the Cathedral, in the heart of Lecce’s historic center.
Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pietro Beccari, creative director and ceo of the French maison, respectively, have been planning the show for nearly a year, choosing the baroque capital of the South, in whose marina our Holiday Center is located, for a show that promises to be extraordinarily evocative.
References to the taranta tradition and the setting up of the illuminations that light up the typical Salento festivities will give a magical atmosphere with a strong local flavor to the show, which will be streamed on Dior’s official website, and will close to the notes of Giuliano Sangiorgi’s music.
The show will be attended by top guests including Oscar winner Charlize Theron, supermodel Bella Hadid, Italy’s most beloved bloggers Chiara Ferragni and Fedez; Johnny Depp and Gigi Hadid are also rumored to be present.
The international echo of the event will once again highlight the wonderful and unforgettable setting that Salento provides for its visitors.
