Anyone who discovers Valle d’Itria for the first time remains enchanted by the magic panorama full of centuries-old olive trees, masserias and trulli.
Ostuni, also known as “white city”, is the nearest location of this area to our Holiday park; but Valle d’Itria also includes Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Fasano, Martina Franca and Putignano.
The area is architecturally characterized by the famous trulli, ancient cone-shaped houses made of stone, once used for housing and storage by the peasants.
Alberobello, in the heart of the Valley, has been included in the Unesco World Heritage List in 1999. Walking through its streets and districts is an experience of immense charm. Another beautiful center of the valley is Cisternino, awarded among the most beautiful Villages of Italy together with Locorotondo.
In Valle d’Itria a lot of festivals and events are organized throughout the year.
