Overview
The Mirea Mobile Home stands out for its wide spaces and for the interior and exterior design. It’s the most spacious and comfortable of our accommodations. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, 2 TV and electronic safe. The kitchen comes with microwave and double door column fridge. There are two bathroom inside the unit: one in the living zone (with bidet) and one in the master bedroom (with hairdryer). Each unit has a furnished and covered veranda (22m2) and a wide garden with two sunbeds.
The beach service is included in the stay: it includes one umbrella and two sunbeds from the second row.
The entrance to the pool area is included.

Booking
- From 17/06 to 09/09: arrival and departure on Saturday; minimum 7 nights.
- In the remaining periods: free arrival and departure; minimum 2 nights.
Check-in and check-out
- Access to the property and delivery of the accommodation unit between 16:30 and 21:00 on the day of arrival.
- The accommodation unit must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Payment
- Reservations must be confirmed with a down payment equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.
- If discounts or promotions have been applied, the down payment is 50% of the total amount of the stay.
- The balance payment for the stay must be made by the 15th day prior to the arrival date.
- If the arrival is scheduled within 15 days after the date of reservation, payment of the total amount of the stay must be made at the time of reservation.
- Only online payments with Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards are accepted.
Cancellation
- Any cancellation of the stay reservation (cancellation) must be communicated by the holder by e-mail in response to the CONFIRMATION previously received.
- In cases of cancellation the following amounts will be charged:
- € 70.00 if the notice of cancellation is received by the 31st day prior to the day of arrival.
- the entire down-payment paid at the time of booking if the notice of cancellation is received from the 30th to the 15th day prior to the beginning of the booked stay.
- the entire amount of the booked stay (extras included) if the notice of cancellation is received from the 14th day prior to the scheduled arrival date onwards.
- In case of late arrival or early departure from the dates stipulated in the reservation, no refunds are due.
- All information on booking conditions and cancellations can be found at any time at torrerinalda.it/conditions.
Deposit
- On arrival, guests shall deposit € 100.00 by cash or credit card for any damage caused during their stay.
- When paid by credit card, the deposit will be refunded the day after departure. The time required to see the refund on the bank account varies from 10 to 30 working days (depending on the circuits and the credit card issuer).
Pets
- Pets are not allowed in Adria, Maya and Mirea Mobile Homes.
- One pet is allowed in the Safari Glamping Tent, Nido Mobile Home and Cotogneto Holiday Home.
- Under no circumstances may pets be left unattended inside or outside the accommodation unit.
- Pets are not allowed on the equipped beach, in the swimming pool, in the playground and in the market.
Vehicles
- You can park your car in the two car parks located inside the Holiday Centre near the entrance.
- You can only approach the lodge with your car on arrival and departure days for loading and unloading luggage.
- It is not possible to drive vehicles inside the campsite.
Other info
- The tourist tax is 2€ per person per night for the first five nights, children until 11 years are exempted.
- One family is admitted per accommodation.
- The beach service (one umbrella and two sunbeds from the second row on the beach) is always included for the whole stay.
- The entrance to the pool area and the usage of the wide green areas with towels is free.
- The usage of gazebos and/or sunbeds by the pool is at extra costs.
