Overview
Il Cotogneto is a lovely country cottage that has been recently renovated. The apartment is located in front of the Holiday Center’s entrance. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, 2 TVs and an electronic safe. The indoor kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven and double-door refrigerator with freezer; the bathroom has a bidet and large shower. The unit has a furnished and covered veranda and a wide-open area with two sunbeds.
The beach service is included in the stay: it includes one umbrella and two sunbeds from the second row (the first row is an extra charge).
The entrance to the swimming pool area is included.
Two adult bikes are always included for quick and convenient access to anywhere in the vacation center!

Booking
- From 17/06 to 09/09: arrival and departure on Saturday; minimum 7 nights.
- In the remaining periods: free arrival and departure; minimum 2 nights.
Check-in and check-out
- Access to the property and delivery of the accommodation unit between 16:30 and 21:00 on the day of arrival.
- The accommodation unit must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Payment
- Reservations must be confirmed with a down payment equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.
- If discounts or promotions have been applied, the down payment is 50% of the total amount of the stay.
- The balance payment for the stay must be made by the 15th day prior to the arrival date.
- If the arrival is scheduled within 15 days after the date of reservation, payment of the total amount of the stay must be made at the time of reservation.
- Only online payments with Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards are accepted.
Cancellation
- Any cancellation of the stay reservation (cancellation) must be communicated by the holder by e-mail in response to the CONFIRMATION previously received.
- In cases of cancellation the following amounts will be charged:
- € 70.00 if the notice of cancellation is received by the 31st day prior to the day of arrival.
- the entire down-payment paid at the time of booking if the notice of cancellation is received from the 30th to the 15th day prior to the beginning of the booked stay.
- the entire amount of the booked stay (extras included) if the notice of cancellation is received from the 14th day prior to the scheduled arrival date onwards.
- In case of late arrival or early departure from the dates stipulated in the reservation, no refunds are due.

Deposit
- On arrival, guests shall deposit € 100.00 by cash or credit card for any damage caused during their stay.
- When paid by credit card, the deposit will be refunded the day after departure. The time required to see the refund on the bank account varies from 10 to 30 working days (depending on the circuits and the credit card issuer).
Pets
- Pets are not allowed in Adria, Maya and Mirea Mobile Homes.
- One pet is allowed in the Safari Glamping Tent, Nido Mobile Home and Cotogneto Holiday Home.
- Under no circumstances may pets be left unattended inside or outside the accommodation unit.
- Pets are not allowed on the equipped beach, in the swimming pool, in the playground and in the market.
Vehicles
- You can park your car in the two car parks located inside the Holiday Centre near the entrance.
- You can only approach the lodge with your car on arrival and departure days for loading and unloading luggage.
- It is not possible to drive vehicles inside the campsite.
Other info
- The tourist tax is 2€ per person per night for the first five nights, children until 11 years are exempted.
- One family is admitted per accommodation.
- The beach service (one umbrella and two sunbeds from the second row on the beach) is always included for the whole stay.
- The entrance to the pool area and the usage of the wide green areas with towels is free.
- The usage of gazebos and/or sunbeds by the pool is at extra costs.
