Cotogneto is a charming renovated country house, located outside the Torre Rinalda Holiday Center, in front of the main entrance, surrounded by a quince orchard.
Furnished in a rustic style typical of Salento tradition, the one-bedroom apartment with 4 beds is ideal for those seeking autonomy and tranquility.
The unit is equipped with air conditioning, 2 TVs and electronic safe. The practical kitchen includes microwave and double-door fridge, while the bathroom with large shower and bidet ensures full comfort.
Outside, a furnished covered veranda and a spacious private area with two sun loungers invite you to relax in the sun and nature.
🏖️ The stay always includes the beach service (one umbrella and two sun loungers) and access to the pool loungers (subject to availability, while supplies last).
🚲 Two bicycles are also included to reach the Holiday Center services conveniently.

Things to know
- From July 11 to August 29: minimum 7 nights ( check-in and check-out on Saturdays).
- From June 20 to July 11: minimum 5 nights.
- Other periods: minimum 2 nights.
- Dal 11/07 al 29/08: check-in e check-out il sabato.
- Other periods: any day.
Access to the property and hand-over of the accommodation unit between 16:30 and 21:00 on the day of arrival.
The accommodation unit must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you want to leave at late night or in the early mornig, you will have to load the car with your baggage and take it back to the parking the day before by 8.00pm.
- Reservations must be confirmed with a down payment equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.
- If the arrival is scheduled within 15 days after the date of reservation, payment of the total amount of the stay must be made at the time of reservation.
- The balance payment for the stay must be made by the 15th day prior to the arrival date.
- If the arrival is scheduled within 15 days after the date of reservation, payment of the total amount of the stay must be made at the time of reservation.
Only online payments with Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards are accepted. Bank transfers are not accepted.
Any cancellation of the stay reservation must be communicated by the holder in response to the CONFIRMATION mail previously received.
In cases of cancellation the following amounts will be charged:
– € 70.00 (as a handling fee) if the notice of cancellation is received by the 31st day prior to the scheduled arrival date.
– the entire down-payment paid at booking if the notice of cancellation is received from the 30th to the 15th day prior to the scheduled arrival date.
– the entire amount of the booked stay (extras included) if the notice of cancellation is received from the 14th day prior to the scheduled arrival date onwards.

In case of late arrival or early departure from the dates stipulated in the reservation, no refunds are due.
On arrival, guests must pay a deposit of € 150.00 by Visa or Mastercard.
The security deposit will be released the day after the Guest’s departure. The time required to see the re-credit varies from 10 to 30 working days depending on the circuits and card owner bank.
The first supply of bathroom towels (3-piece set) is included for all types of lodgings and for all persons occupying the unit.
For stays of 10 nights or more, the towels will be changed halfway through the stay. For stays of two weeks or more the change will be made weekly.

- Pets are not allowed in Adria, Maya, and Mirea lodgings.
- The presence of one dog/cat per housing unit is allowed in the Laika, Safari and Cotogneto lodgings. Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation, only on the veranda.
It is possible to pass by our private exit to take the dog to the free beach. It is not allowed to stay with dogs on the equipped beach.
Sure, a special area is dedicated to your four-legged friends.
- Under no circumstances may pets be left unattended inside or outside the accommodation unit.
- The dog must be kept on a leash (no longer than 150 cm.) and with a muzzle available at all times.
- The dog may not be led freely along the avenues and common areas of the Holiday Center. He can only be made to travel the shortest distance between his own pitch/accommodation and the area specifically designated for his recreation and needs, where there are special containers for his droppings.
- Under no circumstances may dogs have access to the equipped beach and the following common areas: plaza, swimming pools, amphitheater, children’s playground; and the following premises: reception, collective toilets, and market bars and restaurants.
- Entry to bars and restaurants is allowed only in the rooms reserved for dog owners, using the special access gates.
- For all its needs, the dog must be escorted out of the areas designated for plots, housing gardens, and driveways, and led to the designated marked areas
Vehicles must be parked in the two parking areas, located inside the Holiday Center near the entrance.
You can only approach the lodge with your car on arrival and departure days for loading and unloading luggage.
It is not possible to drive vehicles inside the campsite.
The use of bicycles and scooters within the Holiday Center is allowed with the following restrictions:
- Electric bicycles and electric scooters cannot be ridden by children under the age of 14.
- Elettric vehicles must be properly licensed and insured.
- It is not allowed to drive faster than 6 km/h.
The tourist tax is 2€ per person per night for the first five nights. Children up to 11 years old are exempt.
One family is admitted per accommodation.
The beach service (one umbrella and two sunbeds) is always included for the whole stay.
